Building the pre-release buzz, the cast of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice appears on the front page of Total Film’s latest edition.

Ben Affleck looks massive as Batman while Gal Gadot and Henry Cavill both gaze intensely into the camera in their Wonder Woman and Superman gear, respectively.

If anyone has scans, please email them into us…

Meanwhile, Amy Adams told The Hollywood Reporter she had a blast playing Lois Lane “I can’t give too much away, but I’m coming into a scene and Batman and Superman are both in the scene, so I can say that. And it was just fun. Because they had been working together for a couple weeks and just running it, seeing this dynamic. I’ll talk about this when we’re promoting the movie and we can tell more. But there were definitely funny moments involving bat-suits and such.”

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is slated to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.

/ October 6th, 2015   Triple 9,Video

The first trailer for John Hillcoat’s dirty-cop thriller Triple 9 is here, and it’s filled with shocking violence, artfully terrifying imagery, and a cast that includes [takes deep breath] Woody Harrelson, Casey Affleck, Kate Winslet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Norman Reedus, Aaron Paul, Gal Gadot, Teresa Palmer, and Clifton Collins Jr. And just to keep thing from getting too highbrow, there’s even a creepy children’s choir doing “This Little Piggy,” because this is still an action-movie trailer released in 2015.

Check out the new Gal Gadot Wonder Woman statue for Batman Vs. Superman from DC Collectibles.

Yahoo debute the below image, which included the following details:

The 13-inch resin statue, by James Marsano, features the updated costume — with new-look tiara, armor styling, sword, shield, bullet-deflecting bracelets, and her trademark golden lariat — and will be available for $150 in March, pegged to the film’s March 26 release.

Batman and Superman statues were also previously released.

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Gal Gadot impressed everyone in the room during her Wonder Woman audition for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but she almost didn’t have that chance!

While speaking to Israeli website Xnet, Gadot spoke about how important karma is in her life, and she gave a very revealing reason why! Here’s a rough translation via Bing Translator:

When I was a month pregnant with (my daughter) Alma, I got an offer to be the evil Superman character. If I wasn’t pregnant I’d take the job, and there’s no way they would take me now to be Wonder Woman.

Based on Gadot’s comments, it sounds to me like she was offered the role of Faora in Man of Steel. A role that ultimately ended up going to Antje Traue instead.

This just goes to show you that everything happens for a reason! If Gadot wasn’t pregnant, she would have taken that Man of Steel role and never had a chance to be Wonder Woman — a much bigger (and more lucrative) part.

Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman begins production this fall in November, in London.

Deborah Snyder, wife of Zack Snyder and co-producer of the entire DCEU, confirmed the news during a panel for the See Jane Salon Power to Greenlight event in Los Angeles last week. She also said that they specifically wanted a female director. The job ended up going to Patty Jenkins after Michelle MacLaren dropped out. Snyder also revealed that they tried to hire as many female crew members as possible.

“We still wanted a female director and we found Patty Jenkins, who had the right vision and the same vision that we had for the character. We’re really happy that we’re going to be going into production in November, it’s been a really great process. We’ve tried to hire as many female members of the crew as possible.”

Gal Gadot is attached to headline Wonder Woman, which will be directed by Monster‘s Patty Jenkins and co-star Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. The character will make her first cinematic appearance, however, in next year’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. She may even make additional appearances across DC’s new cinematic universe before her solo film sees release on June 23, 2017. It’s pretty much a guarantee, too, that Wonder Woman (and potentially Trevor as well) will play an important role in Justice League Part One, hitting theaters on November 10, 2017.

Gal Gadot, who got her start in the fourth movie before meeting her tragic end in “Fast 6,” is credited in this movie despite her character, Gisele, only appearing in a still pictured uncovered from her boyfriend’s wrecked car. However, in the deleted scene, it turns out Gadot reprised her role for a brief cameo that would have revealed her as the one that rescued Letty in the first place. This explains why the actress gets prime placement in the credits of the movie despite her character not being alive anymore.
